Our Yoga Program Our Yoga Program is culturally and faith sensitive to cater to Muslim community. We teach Yoga to help manage aches and pain in the body, increase flexibility, decrease anxiety and depression. Our Yoga program has improved the physical and mental health of our participants. They are experiencing improved levels of functionality in everyday life. Their focus, mood and energy levels are getting better. The breathing and meditation techniques we teach in our classes has helped participants with their insomnia, anxiety and concentration. Diaphragmatic breathing and progressive muscle relaxation exercises has improved mindfulness and reduced stress levels of our participants. We are proud to offer culturally sensitive Yoga to Muslim community with Yoga flows carefully designed catering to their faith. We have developed our unique flows of Yoga that help with health problems.
