Our Yoga Program helps manage aches and pain in the body, increase flexibility, decrease anxiety and depression. The program has improved the physical and mental health of our participants. They are experiencing improved levels of functionality in their everyday lives. Their focus, mood and energy levels are getting better. The breathing and meditation techniques we teach in our classes has helped participants with their insomnia, anxiety and concentration. Diaphragmatic breathing and progressive muscle relaxation exercises has improved mindfulness and reduced stress levels in our participants.
