2 Cans chickpeas, drained

½ cup water

¼ cup raw sesame seeds

1 Tablespoon olive oil

¼ cup lemon juice

2 garlic clove, peeled

1 teaspoon cumin (powder or whole, your choice)

Salt to taste

Sprinkle Sumac powder and drizzle with a little olive oil

Grind. Use it as a Dip for your veggies.
